Classic design never goes out of fashion. Which is why for our 60th<\/sup> anniversary, we\u2019ve reimagined our original and much-loved Turini stacking chair to create Adamas, a brand-new range for modern corporate hospitality demands.<\/p>\n

Inspired by Turini\u2019s classic shape and form<\/a>, the new Adamas<\/a> collection has all the features you love but with a comfortable new twist, the AirComfort ergonomic seat cushion.<\/p>\n

We collaborated with FIRA to bring you this exclusive seatpad, which involved independent pressure mapping and user trials, to ensure that Adamas<\/a> gives maximum support where it\u2019s needed most.<\/p>\n

Adamas also features a choice of four \u2018sandwich\u2019 back shapes. The unique and clever construction encloses the chair\u2019s back frame, minimising its visual impact so the eye is drawn to the upholstery and stylish shape of the chair itself rather than the supporting frame.<\/p>\n

The new design makes Adamas the perfect, lightweight hard-working partner for business events, presentations and functions, when user comfort is paramount.<\/p>\n

Available in a choice of on-trend architectural frames and fabric finishes, Adamas \u2013 which means longevity and indestructibility in Ancient Greek<\/a> \u2013 is sure to become an instant classic just like the original Turini, the world-renowned chair which started the Burgess story.<\/p>\n

Some Burgess clients are in fact still using Turini chairs they bought over 40 years ago. The design evolution of our new Adamas chair doesn\u2019t just reflect our furniture\u2019s strength and durability, but also the evolution of our company over the past 60 years.<\/p>\n
